After decade of accession to WTO,China has sped up the pace of economic system construction and a basic system for an open economy has already formed.Now China has participated in global economy with a relatively stable system.To advocates trade liberalization which has served as a sustained external boost and policy warrantee for reform.Overall national strength and influence have been greatly enhanced.Foreign trade and business relations have undergone substantial changes and go smoothly under the guidance of the multilateral trade rules.China has improved significantly after decade＇s accession to WTO not only in economic security situation,but also in participation in global governance.Community awareness of the law,rules has achieved remarkable result.The opening awareness of Chinese society enhanced significantly.Increase support for agriculture,rural issues have been the focus of by the whole society by greater support for agriculture.
