人的发展和人的价值实现的统一,无论在理论上还是实践上都依然是一个存而未决的问题。从哲学的视角看,实现二者的统一,在理论上可以使人们对人的问题本身的研究深入且有内容,对人的价值实现的途径的认识清楚、明白,对人的发展的研究保持正确的方向;在实践中,可以使人的问题本身得到实际地解决,人的价值得到全面的实现,人的发展沿着正确的方向前进。

The unification of human development and value realization is still an existing,unsettled issue both in theory and practice.Theoretically,when viewing from the angle of philosophy,the realization of the unification of the two is able to make the study of the human problem itself more in depth and connotative,the cognition of the path for actualizing human value more clearly,and the study of human development keep a correct direction.In practice,it is able to make the human problem itself solved actually,the human value overall realized,and human development advance forward in a correct direction.
