摘要
雷达物位计信号处理的关键是去除噪声,提取有用信息。通过研究调频连续波FMCW雷达物位计工作原理及信号处理的基本算法,对比传统的采用傅里叶变换进行信号处理的方法,提出了采用小波变换来去除回波的干扰信号。实际应用结果表明,小波分析可以有效地应用于分析物位计回波信号,为提高测量精度等后续工作的开展提供稳定数据。
The key of signal processing in radar material level meter is denoising and extracting useful signal. Through researching the operational principle of frequency modulated continuous wave ( FMCW) radar material level meter and the basic algorithm of signal processing, and comparing the signal processing method with traditional Fourier transform, the method of using wavelet transform to eliminate interference signal in echo is proposed. The result of practical application indicates that the wavelet analysis is able to effectively analyze the echo signal of the level meter, to provide stable data for conducting follow-up jobs such as enhancing measurement accuracy, etc.
