摘要
推动高校管理岗位的职员聘任制度,建设高校的专业化管理队伍,既是当前高水平大学建设的重要目标,也是一项复杂的系统工程。基于对实施过程的科学管理,T大学积极稳妥地完成了学校管理岗位的首次职员聘任工作,对职员聘任工作中的一些重点、难点问题提出相应的解决对策,进而提出改进高校管理职员聘任工作的相关建议,为其它高校推动管理岗位的职员聘任工作提供有益的参考和借鉴。
To promote the staff appointment system of university management positions and construct the university professional management team are not only the important goals of high level university construction, but also a complex system engineering. Based on the implementation process of the scientific management, T University has accomplished the staff member appointment of the management post in this university for the first time, put forward some corresponding solutions for the work of the staff appointment, in addition, the article proposed some proposal to improve the staff appointment work of university management, that provided a useful reference and recommendations for the other universities to promote the staff appointment work of management positions
