女硕士生成就动机与职业生涯规划状况关系的实证研究

Empirical Study of the Relationship betweent Achievement Motivation and Career Planning Situation of Female Master

女硕士生就业问题已成为社会关注的热点,随着硕士招生的不断扩招,这个问题日益突出。采用问卷调查的形式,以《成就动机量表》和《大学生职业生涯规划量表》对南京大学150名女硕士生进行调查,分析女硕士生的成就动机、职业生涯规划状况以及二者之间的关系。结果表明,女硕士生成就动机和职业生涯规划水平之间存在相关关系,其中,追求成功的动机与职业生涯规划正相关,而回避失败的动机与职业生涯规划负相关。

The employment of female graduate students has become the focus of attention, with the master＇s enrollment continues to expand, the problems have become increasingly prominent. Based on ＂Achievement Motivation Scale＂ and ＂Career Planning Scale for University Students＂ of Nanjing University, the research uses a survey to 150 female masters from Nanjing University, to analyse the situation of achievement motivation and career planning, and moreover the both relationship. The results shows that the achievement motivation and career planning of female masters have relationship, that women master generates motivation and career planning to the level of relationship between them, the motivation to pursue success has positive relation with career planning, while the motivation to avoid failure has negative relationship with it.
