摘要
近年来,随着教育信息化的发展,课堂已不再是学生获取专业知识的惟一途径,其教学方法和学习手段也发生了巨大变化。在教育信息化背景下,学校从三个方面对"发酵工程原理与技术"课程建设进行了探索与实践。一是,从加速教师角色转变,强化教师信息素质与专业素质;二是,优化课程体系设计,培养学生学习能力;三是,构建课堂教学方法和手段,如创造质疑的教学环境,采用易于理解和扩大信息量的教学手段,实施构建知识案例教学方法,应用基于网络材料的教学方法。
With the recent development of information technology in education, the classroom is no longer the only way to acquiring professional knowledge by the students, the teaching methods and learning tools have changed dramatically. Under the background of the education information, the university carry out the exploration and practice of the curriculum construction of "Fermentation Engineering Principles and Technology". Firstly, we should change the teachers role and strengthen the teacher's information quality and professional quality ; secondly, optimize the curriculum design and train the learning ability of students ; thirdly, construct the class teaching methods and ways, such as the creation doubt environment of teaching and learning, adopt the teaching methods of easy understand and expand the amount of information, implement the teaching method of building case knowledge, apply the teaching methods based on network materials.
