摘要
影响高校思想政治理论课教学实效性的因素是多方面的,但从根本上看,高校思想政治理论课教学实效性问题的重要因素就是教师素养问题,特别是教师的马克思主义理论素养。文章从马克思主义理论素养的含义及其在高校思想政治理论教育的意义着手,简要探析高校思想政治理论课教师马克思主义理论素养的现状和提升途径问题。
Many factors influence the effectiveness of the teaching of ideological and political theory in univer- sities and colleges, but fundamentally speaking, the important factor lies in the quality of teachers, particularly their accomplishments of Marxist theory. The paper discusses the meaning of the accomplishment of Marxist theory, its significance in the education of ideological and political theory, and probes into the status quo of their accomplishments and ways to improve them.
