论高职高专院校学生心理危机干预体系的构建

Study on Building Mental Crisis Intervention System for Students of Vocational Colleges

当前,高职高专院校大学生中心理危机事件呈明显上升趋势。开展及时、有效的心理危机干预,确保大学生以良好、阳光的心理状态去适应学校和社会生活,成为我们高等教育亟待解决的一个紧迫课题。文章通过对心理危机以及危机干预理论的阐述,分析了当前高职高专学生心理危机的类型,就高职高专院校大学生心理危机干预体系的构建进行了探讨。

Currently the cases of mental crisis in vocational colleges have been rising. Mental crisis interven- tion could help college students adapt to the social and college life with a healthy mind. How to build an effective mental crisis intervention system is an emergent subject for higher learning institutions. This paper introduces the definition of mental crisis, analyses the features of mental troubles of college students and mainly discusses how to build the mental crisis intervention system in vocational colleges.
