轴向零偏置电流控制磁悬浮系统动态性能的研究

摘要 为了减小实体推力轴承的铁损,在轴向自由度采用零偏置电流控制,通过试验分析了磁悬浮轴承转子系统的稳定域和动态性能,并与轴向有偏置电流控制磁悬浮系统进行了比较。结果表明轴向零偏置电流控制方法不会降低系统的动态性能。 In order to reduce the iron loss of thrust bearing, axial zero -bias current control is adopted in active magnetic bearing (AMB) system. Dynamic performance of the system is studied and compared with the system with bias current control by experiments. The results show that the axial zero - bias current control has less influence on dynamic performance of the AMB system.
