摘要
金属橡胶弹簧的动刚度是进一步研究动力稳定车整体性能的关键因素之一。根据动力稳定车金属橡胶弹簧本构参数,建立了金属橡胶弹簧有限元模型,基于LS-DYNA研究了金属橡胶弹簧的3个坐标方向的非线性动刚度。根据分析结果,认为金属橡胶弹簧在不同的载荷、频率组合下其动刚度呈现非线性变化。分析结果可为动力稳定车金属橡胶弹簧的优化设计提供理论依据。
The dynamic characteristics of metal -rubber spring are one of the key factors for the performance of dynamic track stabilizer. According to the constitutive parameter of metal - rubber spring, the finite element model of it was built. Based on the LS - DYNA, the nonlinear dynamic stiffness characteristics of the metal - rubber spring were researched for X,Y, Z coordinate directions. According to the analytical results, the dynamic characteristics of the metal -rubber spring are nonlinear under the loads and frequency in the diversity compound. The results provide a theoretical basis to research the optimization design of metal - rubber spring.
