摘要 为了实验观察生物作用所致的新的湍流方式—生物性微观湍流,探索其过程及支配因素,以奇异变形杆菌潜生体进行显微培养发生微生物悬液特殊运动现象,通过对照实验比较分析控制因素。结果表明显微镜下湍流呈整体混乱而局部有序特征,以实验证明具凹坑效应及发生启动温度依赖性和悬液量自控性。通过研究阐明新的湍流自发、自控混沌过程,为湍流研究提供一个可控条件的实验模型。 The purpose of the study is to observe a new form of turbulence caused by biological effects--biological micro-turbulence and explore its process and controlling factors.Proteus mirabilis Cryptic growth cells were micro-cultured to render the occurrence of the specific movement of micro-organism suspension and the controlling factors were determined by comparison with the control trials. The results showed that turbulence under microscope was generally chaotic in whole but regular in local. It was also confirmed that the turbulence under microscope exhibited hollow effect, temperature-dependent switching on of occurrence and self-control of suspension quantity. It is clarified that this new form of turbulence is a spontaneous and self-control process, which provides an experimental model with controllable conditions for studies of turbulence and a new way for researches on the mechanism and physiological functions of the flow of body fluid.
