摘要 对管沟敷设供热管道的热补偿方式优选原则进行了探讨。结合工程实例,讨论了在复杂敷设条件下,补偿管段划分及补偿器选取对固定支座推力的影响。通过合理划分补偿管段、布置补偿器可有效消除内压产生的不平衡力,减少大推力固定支座的数量,降低施工难度、工程造价。 The principles for optimal selection of thermal compensation methods of heating pipeline in-duct installation are explored. The influences of division of the compensation sections and selection of compensator on the thrust for fixed supports under the complex installation conditions are discussed with an engineering example. Dividing the compensation sections and installing compensators rationally can effectively eliminate the unbalanced force resulting from the internal pressure, reduce the number of high thrust fixed supports and decrease the construction difficulty and the engineering cost.
