南瓜籽驱除猫绦虫效果观察

Efficacy of pumpkin seeds to expel tapeworm in cats

试验用云南特产白板南瓜籽,研磨成粉,选取自然感染涤虫实验猫15只(3只为对照),分为4个剂量组:超高剂量组(4 g/kg)、高剂量组(3 g/kg)、中剂量组(2 g/kg)、低剂量组(1 g/kg),以5 d为一个观察周期,连续投喂2次,共10 d。采集粪便,虫卵计数并计算虫卵阳性率,观察治疗效果,确定最佳治疗量。同时观察药物安全性。结果4个剂量组(超高、高、中、低)投喂2次的第5、10天虫卵阳性率分别为9.7%、2.8%,15.8%、3.3%,24.3%、4.3%,56.6%、32.5%。表明南瓜籽具有较好的驱除绦虫效果,最佳剂量为2 g/kg,而且安全、高效、毒性低、药效长。

In order to estimate the effects of pumpkin seeds on expelling tapeworm and definite the optimal dose and process,15 canines were randomly divided into 4 groups,which were fed with basal formulated diet supplemented with four feeding levels（4 g/kg,3 g/kg,2 g/kg,1 g/kg） of pumpkin seeds,and every cycle was 5 days for 2 cycles.The results showed that the worms eggs positive rates in four groups on 5 d and 10 d post-feeding was 9.7%,15.8%,24.3%,56.6% and 2.8%,3.3%,4.3%,32.5%,respectively.It is concluded that pumpkin seeds can expel tapeworm in cat,the optimum dose was 2 g/kg with high efficiency,low toxicity,safety and durative efficacy in the treatment.
