阐述了图书馆与素质教育的关系,提出了充分发挥公共图书馆在素质教育中所起的作用的建议。
This paper expounds the relationship between the library and the quality-oriented education,and puts forward some suggestions on giving full play to the functions of the public library in the quality-oriented education.
