摘要
岗位是图书馆组织细胞中最基本的元素,岗位分类、岗位分析是图书馆建立科学合理的绩效考核的前提。在岗位分析的基础上,制定科学详备的岗位说明书,对于图书馆制度建设以及图书馆管理具有重要的意义。
Post is the basic element in the library’s organization cells,and post classification and post analysis are the premise for library to establish the scientific and rational performance assessment.Based on post analysis,this paper compiles the scientific and complete post description,which has an important significance for the system construction and further for the management of library.
