泥质海岸防护林综合效益评价指标体系研究

Indexes System of Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation on the Shelter Forest of Muddy Coast

北方泥质海岸地区是我国生态脆弱地带,泥质海岸防护林建设所发挥的生态、经济、社会效益对改善这一地区的生态环境尤为重要。采用频度分析法、理论分析法、专家咨询法相结合的方法来选择评价指标,用AHP层次分析法来确定指标权重。研究最终选取了26个具体指标,构建了4个指标层次,建立了适用于泥质海岸综合效益的评价指标体系,确定了指标的权重,其中生态效益占68.33%,经济效益占22.55%,社会效益占10.07%。泥质海岸防护林工程重点改善沿海地区的生态效益,同时兼顾经济和社会效益的发展,所建立的综合评价指标体系以及所确定的指标权重科学合理,适用于泥质海岸防护林综合效益评价。

The muddy coasts in the northern China are ecological fragile areas.The shelterbelts in muddy coasts play important roles in improving the ecological environment from their eecological,economic and social benefits.The index system of comprehensive benefit evaluation on the shelter forests in muddy coast was established by combining frequency analysis,theoretical analysis and consulting experts.The index-weight was determined by AHP.Twenty six specific indicators that belonged to 4 index levels were adopted.The weight of each index was determined,among them,ecological benefits accounted for 68.33 %,the economic benefits accounted for 22.55 % and the social benefits accounted for 10.07 %.The main purpose of constructing shelterbelt forests in the muddy coasts was to realize their ecological benefits,as well as the development of the economic and social benefits in the local area.The comprehensive evolution index system and the index-weights which determined in this study were scientific and rational,and suitable for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the muddy coastal shelterbelt.
