摘要
研究了镉对黄鳝耗氧率的影响,以了解镉中毒与黄鳝能量代谢的关系。结果表明:分别以体重1、23、mg.kg-1腹腔注射染镉时,黄鳝的耗氧率表现出先升高后降低的现象;当体重2 mg.kg-1的镉浓度腹腔注射时,随着时间推移,耗氧率亦呈现先升高后降低的现象。这可能是环境污染对动物影响的共有规律。
Effects of cadmium on oxygen consumption rate of swamp eel（Monopterus albus） were studied in our experiment,in order to understand the influence on the energy metabolism after cadmium poisoning.The results indicated oxygen consumption rate of swamp eel increased at first,and soon decreased after intraperitoneal injection with cadmium at 1 mg·kg-1,2 mg·kg-1,and 3 mg·kg-1 concentrations.The same phenomena also happened along with time-dependent changes when the concentration became 2 mL ·kg-1.This is probably the common rule in the influence on animals due to environment pollution.
