摘要
分析了普通铜管和不锈钢管改性前后在真空状态下的换热特性,通过4种管束在不同雷诺数和真空度下换热性能的比较得出:在真空下,表面改性后的铜管管束和不锈钢管管束的换热性能强于同等条件下的普通铜管和普通不锈钢管。因此表面改性技术可广泛应用于化工、发电和动力领域,以此来提高换热表面的传热性能。
This paper analyzed the heat transfer characteristics of the ordinary copper tube and stainless steel tube before and after modification in vacuum state, by the heat transfer performance comparison of 4 tube bundles at different Reynolds number under different vacuum, that shows : in a vacuum, the heat transfer performance of the surface modified copper tube and stainless steel tube bundle is stronger than the ordinary copper tube and stainless steel tube under same conditions. Therefore, surface modification technology can be widely used in chemical, power generation and power fields, in order to improve the heat transfer performance of the heat transfer surface.
