阐述了图书馆"以人为本"服务理念的内涵,论述了图书馆员应具备的综合素质,提出了改革图书馆服务方式的措施。
This paper expounds the connotations of people-based concept of library,discusses the comprehensive qualities that the librarians should possess from several aspects,and puts forward some measures for reforming library's service mode.
