高校图书馆为了实现"以人为本,服务育人"的目标,一方面要重视馆员的师德教育,提高馆员的服务技能;另一方面要强化馆员的服务创新意识,不断开创读者服务工作的新局面,将图书馆的师德建设与服务育人的水平不断推向新的高度。

In order to realize the target of ＂caring for people and educating people through service＂,university library should pay attention to professional ethics education for librarians and improving librarians＇service skills on one hand,and strengthen librarians＇service innovation consciousness and create continuously the new situation of serving readers on the other hand,pushing library＇s professional ethics construction and educating people through service to a new height.
