摘要
从知识服务的概念入手,分析了知识经济社会背景下知识服务的主要特征与模式,并通过分析专家系统的体系结构,将知识服务与专家系统融合在一起,给出基于知识服务的专家系统架构,为知识服务的深入理论研究与实践发展提供了新的视角与思路。
Starting from the concept of knowledge service,this paper analyzes the main characteristics and modes of knowledge service under the social background of knowledge economy,and through analyzing the architecture of expert system,blends the knowledge service and expert system,and presents a framework of expert system based on knowledge service in order to provide a new perspective and idea for the theoretical research and practice development of knowledge service.
