摘要
以微软、摩托罗拉、IBM3个企业竞争情报工作实践和案例为基础,从竞争情报周期的视角,揭示和剖析了3个企业竞争情报战略的基本思路和主要做法,可为中国IT企业提供借鉴。
Based on the practices and cases of competitive intelligence activities of three enterprises of Microsoft,Motorola and IBM,and from the viewing angle of competitive intelligence period,this paper reveals and analyzes the basic ideas and main measures of the competitive intelligence strategies adopted by Microsoft,Motorola and IBM,which can provide references to the competitive intelligence practices of Chinese IT enterprises.
