摘要
社会重大转型期的环境对公共服务提出的要求,使得公共管理活动的全部内容发生了重要的变革。从科学技术的信息化、经济市场国际化、社会形态多元化、管理内容的人本化等方面,详细研究了外部环境与中国公共管理的互动。
The environment in great social transformation period puts forward some new requirements for the public service,which makes the important changes occur in all the contents of public management activities.From the informatization of science and technology,the internationalization of economic market,the diversification of social formation and the Human-orientation of management content,this paper studies the interaction between external environment and China＇s public management.
