摘要
目前,传统的档案管理已逐渐被电子档案管理所取代。为了有效地对电子文件进行归档和管理,探讨了电子档案与传统档案管理的差异和共性。
At present,the traditional archives management has been replaced by electronic archives management gradually.In order to make the filing and management of electronic documents effectively,this paper probes into the differences and similarities between electronic archives management and traditional archives management.
