摘要
我国的劳动关系已进入集体劳动争议的高发期和多发期,妥善解决集体劳动争议是建设和谐劳动关系和建设和谐社会的重要任务之一。探讨了构建集体劳动争议调解制度的重要意义,介绍了集体劳动争议调解制度的现状及其存在的问题,分析与评价了国外的成熟经验,提出了完善集体劳动争议调解制度的对策建议。
Our country's labor relations have entered a high-incidence season of collective labor disputes,to properly resolve the collective labor disputes is an important task for the construction of harmonious labor relations and harmonious society.This paper probes into the important significance of constructing collective labor dispute mediation system,introduces the present situation of and problems existing in collective labor dispute mediation system,analyzes and evaluates some mature experiences of foreign countries,and puts forward some countermeasure proposals on perfecting collective labor dispute mediation system.
