Our country＇s labor relations have entered a high-incidence season of collective labor disputes,to properly resolve the collective labor disputes is an important task for the construction of harmonious labor relations and harmonious society.This paper probes into the important significance of constructing collective labor dispute mediation system,introduces the present situation of and problems existing in collective labor dispute mediation system,analyzes and evaluates some mature experiences of foreign countries,and puts forward some countermeasure proposals on perfecting collective labor dispute mediation system.
