Starting from the identification of risk factors of the project,this paper analyzes the main potential risk factors in the construction and operation of the project of Zhengzhuang Coal Mine in Jincheng Coal Industry Group,reveals the sources of project risks,and puts forward some countermeasures for avoiding the project risks.
