针对工程项目成本控制与管理的重要性,结合当今社会建筑市场的发展情况,分析了工程项目在施工准备阶段、施工期间和竣工验收阶段的成本控制与管理,提出了工程项目成本控制与管理的4项措施。

In the light of the importance of the cost control and management for construction project,and connecting with the development of construction market in today＇s society,this paper analyzes the cost control and management of construction project in construction preparation stage,construction stage and completion acceptance stage,and puts forward four measures for the cost control and management for construction project.
