摘要
溶杆菌属具有滑动性和溶菌活性等典型特征。自1978年提出建属以来,迄今为止该属共报道了20个种。本文综述了该属的生物学、生态学特性和在植物病害生物防治中的应用潜力,讨论了它的定殖作用、抗生素、生物表面活性物质产生和诱导寄主抗病性等方面的防病机制,最后介绍了该属细菌的分子生物学、生物安全和应用前景等方面的研究进展。
The genus Lysobacter shares the characteristics of gliding motility and micropredatory activity.The total 20 species have been reported since the new genus Lysobacter was set in 1978.The Ecology,Biology and the potential application of Lysobacter spp.to control plant diseases were reviewed.Biocontrol mechanisms involved in colonization of hosts,antibiotic and biosurfactant production and resistance induction of host plants were also discussed.At last,the genus was introduced in its molecular biology and biosafety and their prospects for biological control.
