摘要
华电新疆发电有限公司乌鲁木齐热电厂#1汽轮机在单多阀切换后,汽轮机#1轴承X,Y向振动增大到接近200μm,严重影响了机组的安全性,只有重新切回单阀状态运行。单阀运行状态机组截流损失较大,增大机组的汽耗,降低了机组经济性,采取了调整机组单多阀开启顺序的方法,使机组振动控制在70μm以下,达到了预期的效果。
In Urumqi Thermal Power Plant of Huadian Xinjiang Power Generation Corporation Limited,after the operation mode of steam turbine No.1 was changed over from single valve mode into sequence valve mode,the bearing vibration of turbine No.1 in X,Y direction increased to about 200 μm,which has a strong impact on unit safety;so the turbine operation mode had to be changed over into single valve mode again.The single valve operation mode causes larger cut-off loss,and the steam rate of the unit will increase,the economical efficiency of the unit will reduce.The open sequence of single valve mode and sequence valve mode was regulated,the unit vibration had been controlled less than 70 μm,and the desired effects were obtained.
