摘要
燃用煤质较差、煤种较杂,造成电厂实际运行中入炉煤硫的质量分数远大于设计值,使得脱硫设施无法正常运行,甚至导致设备损坏。必须对脱硫系统进行增容改造,提高脱硫系统对煤种的适应性,以保证在机组燃用高硫煤时仍能达到环保排放要求。对华电新乡发电有限公司火电机组脱硫系统技术改造方案的选择、优化以及技改后的运行效果、效率进行了分析。
The poor quality and varied grades of as-fired coal may cause the mass fraction of the sulfur to be much higher than the designed value,which will lead to the desulphurization equipments irregular operating and even to be damaged.In order to raise the adaptability of the desulphurization system for various coal grades,and satisfy the emission requirement of relevant standard when the high-sulfur coal is fired,the capacity increasing reformation of the desulphurization system is necessary.The selection and optimization of the reformation technique scheme for the desulphurization system in Huadian Xinxiang Power Generation Corporation Limited were introduced,and the operation effects and the efficiency of the system after reformation were analyzed.
