以黑龙江华电富拉尔基发电有限公司常用的几种汽包水位计为例,分析了其工作原理和不同工况下的常见故障,结合锅炉启动期间因汽包水位计异常运行所导致的严重后果,分析其故障原因并阐述执行相关规程规定的重要意义,提出了加强技术管理、制度管理等方面的防范措施。

Taking several kinds of steam drum water level indicator frequently used in Heilongjiang Huadian Fulaerji Power Generation Company Limited as the examples,the working theory of the steam drum water level indicators and their common faults in different conditions were analyzed.Combining with the serious consequences caused by abnormal operation of steam drum water level indicator in boiler start-up stage,the reasons of its faults were analyzed;the important significance of executing related regulations was expounded;and the preventive measures for enhancing the technical management and institution management were put forward.
