Analysis on reasons of electronic weighing coal feeder blockage

福建华电可门发电有限公司给煤机因堵煤多次被迫停运清煤,通过分析,得出了给煤机堵塞原因为入炉煤较湿的结论。将给煤机入口管及出口管堵塞的数据进行对比,给出了运行建议,以保证锅炉安全稳定运行。

Due to coal jamming,the coal feeder of the Fujian Huadian Kemen Power Generation Corporation Limited had been coerced to shut down repeatedly to clean the coal.It was found by analysis that the reason of the coal feeder blockage is the higher humidity of the as-fired coal.The data of the blockage in inlet tube and outlet tube of the coal feeder were compared,and some suggestions on operation were given to ensure the boiler to operate safely and stably.
