摘要 为更好的分析TEXACO煤气化炉,采用化工流程模拟软件对该过程进行了流程建模和模拟。通过对原料和流程分析,选择了合适于该流程的各操作单元模块及热力学方法,并应用Fortran语言并非常规组分及模型进行修正,考虑碳的不完全转化等问题,建立煤气化模型。分析了影响煤气化过程的重要操作参数,结果表明水煤浆浓度、氧煤比是影响气化过程的重要因素。(CO+H2)含量和气化炉温度随着水煤浆浓度、氧煤比的增加而增加。 To analysis TEXACO coal gasification process,the peocess modeling and flowsheeting were completed based on the chemical process simulation software.Appropriate unit module,Fortran language and thermodynamic method were selected by analysing the raw materials and process.And carbon conversion was considered in the module.To consider sever important operating parameters,showed that oxygen-coal ratio,water-coal mass ratio in coal slurry are the main factors affecting the gas composition at gasifier.The result indicated that the temperature of gasifier was increased with the oxygen-coal ratio,and also inceased with the water-coal mass ratio in coal slurry.
