摘要
以污水处理设备为被控对象,利用AW60(飞思卡尔)MCU为主控制器,设计实现污水处理控制系统.在系统控制方面,该系统不仅实现了现场(键盘)控制,还实现了基于ZigBee技术的远程控制.系统分为硬件、软件两部分,硬件部分主要包括控制输出模块、远程接口模块、现场控制模块、数据采集模块等;基于CodeWar-rior平台,软件部分采用的是模块化设计.该系统实现了现场操作和运程操作双重功能,同时具有工作稳定、功耗低、操作方便等优点.
Based on sewage treatment facilities,the wastewater treatment control system is designed by AW60 MCU produced by Freescale.In terms of system control,the system not only achieves the field(keyboard) contro but also realizes the remote control which based on ZigBee technology.The system is consisted of hardware and software.The hardware includes control output module,remote interface module,field control module,data acquisition module and so on.Based on CodeWarrior platform,the software system adopts modular design principles.The system has ADC vantages of stabilize,low power consumption,convenient operation.
