浅析城市化发展对城镇空间景观的影响——以昆山为例

Analysis on urbanization influence of the space of urban landscape——with Kunshan as a case study

紧凑城市的理论兴起于西方国家,它的核心内容是通过转向紧凑的城市建设模式,制止城市蔓延,试图从城市形态角度找到城市可持续发展的途径。我国大部分城市化地区正面临城镇建设用地快速扩张,土地资源迅速消耗的困境。本文以昆山为对象,主要分析它的用地布局和工业用地的发展模式,以及对城市风貌的影响,希望借鉴紧凑城市的相关理念来改善城市的空间景观,促进城市的可持续发展。

Compact city theory arose in western countries,it is through the core content of the urban construction of steering compact model,trying to stop urban sprawl,to find ways of urban sustainable development with urban angle.Most of our urban area is facing the town construction sites and rapid expansion of land resources and consumption.Based on kunshan as research object,the main analysis of its land layout,industrial land development pattern and the city style influence,through using compact city related ideas to improve the urban space landscape,we hope that it can promote the sustainable development of the city.
