摘要 目的探讨蝮蛇毒及蝮蛇与眼镜蛇混合毒对肿瘤细胞的抗癌活性。方法应用蝮蛇毒及蝮蛇与眼镜蛇混合毒对人源肿瘤细胞进行体外细胞毒试验。结果蝮蛇毒及蝮蛇与眼镜蛇混合毒对传代细胞株(Novikof及Hep-2)的抑制作用随蛇毒剂量的增加而增强,剂量为5μg/ml时,蝮蛇毒对传代细胞Novikof及Hep-2的抑制率分别为50.3%和47.5%,蝮蛇与眼镜蛇混合毒对Novikof及Hep-2的抑制率分别为48.8%和44.7%,剂量为10μg/ml时,蝮蛇毒对原代肝癌细胞和直肠癌细胞的抑制率分别为90.2%和92.4%,蝮蛇与眼镜蛇混合毒对原代的肝癌细胞的抑制作用分别为88.6%和91.3%。结论蝮蛇毒及蝮蛇与眼镜蛇混合毒对肿瘤细胞有明显的抑制和杀伤作用。 Objective To approach the cancer resistance of Agkistrodon venom and the mixed venom of Agkistrodon and Naja naja to the tumour cells Method To do external restraint experiments with two kinds of venom and tumour cells Result The restraint rates of Agkistrodon venom and the mixed venom of Agkistrodon and Naja naja to tumour descendant cells(Novikoff and Hep 2) increases with the dosage of the venom,when the dose is 5μg/ml,the restraint rates of Agkistrodon venom to Novikoff cells and Hep 2 cells are 50 3% and 47 5% respectively,and those of the mixed venom to them are 48 8% and 44 7% When it is 10μg/ml,restraint rates of Agkistrodon venom to the original cells of the liver cancer and cells of the rectum carcinoma are 90 2% and 92 4% respectively, and those of the mixed venom to them are 88 6%and 91 3% Conclusion The Agkistrodon venom and mixted venom of Agkistrodon and Naja naja have a great effect on restraining and killing the tumour cells
