Mechanical analysis of the reinforced concrete frame structure during construction

摘要 施工期钢筋混凝土结构事故频发,如何有效地保证安全稳定是施工期结构的关键问题。研究结合工程实例,将每个施工周期划分为四个阶段,采用离散性时间冻结的方法,建立了施工期结构分析的计算模型,提出了施工期结构内力分析的相应算法。研究结果表明,在前两个施工周期内,其内力较小,在这个阶段施工期结构处于安全状态;在第三个施工周期内,当该层梁拆除其下模板且此时结构顶部正在浇筑混凝土时,各种内力均达到最大值;在第四个及以后施工周期内,结构的内力接近或等于梁板自重产生的内力,对整个结构不构成威胁;在同一施工周期内的不同施工阶段,混凝土浇筑阶段和拆除模板阶段的各种内力比模板支撑阶段和钢筋绑扎阶段均要大。 Since accidents of reinforced concrete structures occur frequently,it is a key issue to ensure the safety and stability of structures during construction.In this paper,each construction cycle was divided into four stages using discrete time method of freezing to establish the computational model and the internal forces of the corresponding algorithm is presented.The results show that the internal force of the first two construction cycles is smaller and the structure is in a safe state at these stages during construction.In the third cycle,all internal forces reach the maximum when the templates of the floor beam are removed and concrete is poured on the structure.In the fourth cycle and the subsequent construction,the internal force does not pose a threat to the entire structure,since the internal force of the structure is close to or equal to that induced by the slab itself.In the different construction stages of the same construction cycle,the internal forces of concrete pouring stage and template removing stage are larger than those in the stages of the template supporting and steel binding.
