摘要
利用实验的方法对自散焦LiNbO3∶Fe晶体中构造的缺陷态光子晶格光学性质进行了研究。实验表明影响缺陷态光子晶格光学性质的因素很多,如有无格子、晶格周期的不同,还有缺陷在晶格中的角度和缺陷间晶格列数都对其光学性质有很大的影响。文中同时对实验现象也做了初步的理论解释,这对光子晶格的制作与应用有一定的指导意义。
The optical properties of photonic lattices with linear-defect which fabricated on the self-defoeusing LiNbO3: Fe crystal have been reseached useing the experimental method. Experiments show that the optical properties of linear-defect photonic lattices were influenced by many factors, such as the period of lattice, the angle of defects, lattice columns between the linear-defect and so on. A preliminary theoretical interpretation for the experimental phenomena was made which is significant for the production and application of photonic lattices.
