聚合法制备静电复印/激光打印用色粉研究进展

摘要 介绍了聚合法生产色粉的研究开发进展概况和几种主要的聚合法制备色粉工艺。与传统的混融法工艺相比,聚合法色粉技术具有生产成本低、生产周期短、产品形状规则等优点。在过去的几十年,许多研究者对聚合法制备色粉技术进行研究,主要有悬浮聚合工艺、核-壳结构色粉制备工艺、分散聚合工艺、凝聚处理工艺以及化学研磨工艺等,其中一些工艺已经实现了工业化生产。随着聚合法生产色粉技术的不断完善和成熟,今后聚合法色粉的市场占有量将迅速增加。本文对色粉的组成成分和功能也进行了讨论。 The development of preparing toner by polymerization technology and several polymerization techniques were introduced. Comparison with traditional technology so-called melt-extrusion, polymerization technology has some advantages such as low cost, short manufacture cycle, regular shape, etc. In the past decades, many researchers concentrated on the polymerization technology. The main techniques included suspension polymerization, core-shell structure toner techniques, agglomeration processes, dispersion polymerization techniques and chemical milling method. Industrialization production has been achieved for several techniques. Accompany with the technology become perfected and mature, the market for polymerization toner will increase rapidly in the near future. The compositions of toner and related functions were discussed as well.
