摘要
目的评价即食酵母粉对小鼠的免疫增强作用。方法按人体摄入量10倍、20倍、30倍给小鼠灌胃30d,测小鼠胸腺/体重比值、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能、NK细胞活性。结果20倍、30倍剂量组能显著提高小鼠胸腺/体重比值(P<0.05);20倍、30倍剂量组能显著增强淋巴细胞增殖能力(P<0.05),30倍剂量组能明显增强迟发型变态反应(P<0.05);30倍剂量组能明显增强小鼠的体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能、小鼠NK细胞活性(P<0.05)。结论即食酵母粉对小鼠的免疫活性有显著的增强作用。
Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of instant yeast to improve mice immunity.Methods:Intake by the man 10,20,30times continuously fed to mice for 30 days,measured thymus/body weight ratio,cellular immunity,humoral immunity,monocyte-macrophage function,NK cell activity.Results:The 20,30 times dosage groups could significantly increase the thymus/body weight ratio(P〈0.05);the 20,30 times dose can significantly enhance the ability of lymphocyte proliferation(P〈0.05),the 30 times dose could significantly enhance DTH(P〈0.05);the 30 times dose could significantly enhance the humrol immune function,monocytes-macrophages function,NK cell activity in mice(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Instant yeast showed the effect to enhance the immunity of mice.
