摘要
利用NX软件的参数设置和表达式功能建立了精确的斜齿轮的三维模型,使用NX曲面分析命令对建模后的轮齿进行测量,测量结果证明轮齿的建模精度接近理论值。在NX软件的装配模块中实现了斜齿轮副的装配,并运用NX运动仿真模块中的3D接触与碰撞命令模拟齿轮副的啮合运动,同时生成两个齿轮运动时的角速度曲线,对研究斜齿轮运动、受力等有重要参考价值。
Parameter setting and expression of NX software are used to build precise model of helical gear.The teeth's technological parameters are messured by the command of curve analysis of NX.The result proves that the teeth's precision approaches to the theorical value.The gear pair is assembled in the assemble module of NX.The 3D contact and collision command of the motion module of NX is exerted to simulate the gear's meshing movement and meanwhile generate the curve of angular velocity of respective gear.This paper is very important preference worth to study motion analysis,stress analysis of helical gear.
