摘要
空调热交换器中的铜与铝是重要的有色金属,有效地破拆并分离铜铝是我国现阶段迫切解决的问题之一。讨论了现有方法压延与线切割的优缺点,并通过研究其生产工艺与材料的热物性质得出采用冷热拉拔的方式会使分离更彻底、更方便。铜与铝的线膨胀系数不同,通过加热(冷却)产生膨胀差可减小胀管形成的应力,设计破拆机,采用拉拔铜管的方式分离铜与铝。
Copper and aluminum of the air conditioning heat exchanger are the important non-ferrous metal,and it is urgent to separate the copper and aluminum effectively at present.This paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of rolling and the linear cutting,researches on the production process and the material properties and uses the way of hot pulling out to make more thoroughly separation and more convenience.The expansion coefficient of copper and aluminum is different,we can use it to reduce the stress of expansion pipe through heating or cooling and designs the machine for polling out the copper tube from aluminum.
