本文对SDSM-Ⅳ型电脑定硫仪测定焦炭中硫的不确定度进行评定。通过对样品测定过程中影响测量不确定度的各要素进行分量评定,求出了测定结果的扩展不确定度。

This study has discussed on uncertainty of sulfur measurement bySDSM-IV sulfur instrument.Through component evaluating on the element factors which has affected the uncertainty in the process of sample measurement,the extended uncertainty of measurement result was evaluated in this paper.
