Employment Exploration of Applied Enginery Undergraduates

针对地方应用型本科院校机械类专业毕业生的就业形势,提出该专业的人才培养定位应是面向生产线的高级应用型技术人员,分析了应用型机械类本科人才岗位的就业范围,探索新的人才培养模式,针对就业市场,提出了一些保障学生就业的方法。

According to the employment situation of local applied mechanical undergraduates this paper presents that the talented person education of this profession should be developed in which the high-application-teehnical persons are trained according to the production line,analyzes the employment range of applied mechanical undergraduates,explores talent education model,aimed at employment market and puts forward some measures to insure employment.
