摘要
针对注塑模具流道系统的特殊性,将数值模拟和遗传算法相结合,运用遗传算法作为全局性搜索工具,利用AM I软件二次开发技术在注塑模拟分析上的能力,搜索最优的流道几何参数,并求得符合熔接线生成位置、翘曲量和用料量要求的最佳优化工艺方案。
For the particularity of the runner system in injection mold,this paper combines numerical simulation with genetic algorithm,takes genetic algorithm as an overall search tool and uses secondary development technology of AMI software in injection molding simulation to search the best channel geometry parameters and obtain best optimization program with required weld-line position,warpage and materials usage.
