根据目前控制技术的发展,尤其是控制技术在铝冶炼企业的不断推广和实际应用,寻找和解决提高设备控制运行过程中出现的突发故障处理能力至关重要,本文结合自己多年的实际工作经验,从如何更好的了解比例控制阀的实际应用方面来阐述,主要针对铝冶炼中的碳素生产系统,从比例阀的运行特点、工作原理等方面入手,分析它的运行规律和特点。从而为设备的稳定运行提供可靠地支持,加快企业在国际市场不景气的情况下,极大地控制和减少设备的检修成本,推动我公司生产的平稳运行。

Based on the current control technology development,in particular the control of aluminum smelting enterprises in the constant promotion and practical application,to find and resolve to improve device control to run the sudden failure occurred during processing capacities,this article combined their many years of practical work experience,from how a better understanding of proportional control valve to elaborate the practical application,mainly for aluminum smelting in the carbon production system,from the proportional valve＇s operational characteristics,the working principle in a bid to analyze the operation of the rules and characteristics.So as to provide a reliable and stable operation of equipment to support and accelerate the business in the international market downturn,greatly to control and reduce equipment maintenance costs,to promote the smooth functioning of my company.
