Automatic Control System for Brick Cutter

针对传统切条切坯机采用手动控制,机械结构复杂,可靠性差,生产效率低,产品品质难以保证的缺点,设计一种切条切坯机的自动控制系统。利用51单片机技术进行了系统的硬件和程序设计,并在四川地震灾区的多台传统切条切坯机的升级改造中得到应用,系统稳定可靠、操作简便、大大提高了制砖厂的生产效率和产品品质。

For low reliability,low production efficiency and unstable product quality of the traditional brick cutter which is controlled by hand,this paper designs an automatic control system for brick cutter,in which a 51 SCM technology is used to implement the hardware and program design.The upgraded brick cutters are applied in the earthquake region in Sichuan.The reliable system and easy operation greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality.
