HPLC法测定正柴胡饮胶囊中6-姜辣素的含量

DETERMINATION OF 6-GINGEROL IN RHIZOMA ZINGIBERIS RECENS IN ZHENGCHAIHUYIN CAPSULE BY HPLC

目的:对正柴胡饮胶囊中生姜的有效成分6-姜辣素进行含量测定,以便更好地控制产品质量。方法:Dikma Kro-masil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(55:45);流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:30℃。结果:样品中6-姜辣素含量在0.1968～1.9680μg,进样量与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率98.8%,RSD=1.48%。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速,结果准确、重复性好,可用于提高产品的质量控制水平。

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of 6-gingerol in Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens in Zhengchaihuyin capsule for a better control of the product.Methods：The 6-gingerol was determined by HPLC on Dikma Kromasil C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrite-water（55∶45） at flow rate of 1ml·min-1.And the column temperature was 30℃.A UV-detector at 280nm was used.Results：The range of 6-gingerol was 0.1968～1.9680μg where the sample sizes in good linear relationship with peak areas with r = 0.9999.The average recovery reached 98.33%,RSD at 1.48%.Conclusion：The established method is simple,rapid,accurate,of good reproducibility,thus it can be applied for the control of the product.
