咽炎含片中次野鸢尾黄素的含量测定

DETERMINATION OF IRISFLORENTIN IN PHARYNGITIS BUCCAL TABLETS

目的:建立咽炎含片中次野鸢尾黄素的含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果:所测咽炎含片中次野鸢尾黄素线性关系良好,其线性范围为2.088×10-2～9.396×10-2μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.96%,RSD=2.40%;结论:该方法简便、快速、有效、灵敏、准确、具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

Objective：To establish a method for determination of irisflorentin in pharyngitis buccal tablets.Methods：HPLC was adopted.Results：HPLC assay was linear in the range of 2.088×10-2～9.396×10-2υg（r=0.9998）.The average recovery was 99.96% with RSD of 2.40%.Conclusion：This method was simple,rapid,efficient,sensitive,accurate and with good repeatability and recovery,it could be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
