Progress in fibrinogen-related proteins of invertebrates

摘要 无脊椎动物的天然免疫是当今研究的热点之一。研究表明,在无脊椎动物免疫防御作用中,纤维蛋白原相关蛋白(Fibrinogen-related proteins,FREPs)起重要作用,被认为是参与免疫防御最重要的分子之一。本文从FREPs的分子结构、分子多态性及功能3方面介绍了FREPs研究的最新进展,为理解无脊椎动物的天然免疫及宿主和寄生虫的生物共进化机制提供了理论依据。 The innate immunity of invertebrate is one of the focuses of current research.The results show that fibrinogen-related proteins(FREPs) play an important role in invertebrates immune defense,which is considered one of the most important molecule to participate in immune defense.This article introduces the latest research on FREPs from three aspects,namely molecular structure,molecular polymorphisms and function.This will provide a theoretical basis to understand the innate immune mechanisms of invertebrate and co-evolution in host and parasites.
